Construction of an offices building with three levels plus a basement. The entire structure was realized in metallic carpentry, half of the wall plugs were in glass and the other half were in aluminium. The floor plan surface was circa 450 sq.m. for each level and the peculiarity of this building wass represented by the group of stairs, contained inside an elliptic volume, which also stands out on the roofing. Part of the metallic carpentry structure was not covered and is still visible.

Costruzione di una palazzina uffici con un piano interrato in c.a., tre piani fuori terra in carpenteria metallica, tamponamenti parte in vetro e parte in alluminio. La superficie in pianta è di circa 450 mq per piano e la particolarità di questo fabbricato è rappresentata dal gruppo scale contenuto in un volume a pianta ellittica svettante sopra l’ultimo piano. Parte della carpenteria metallica è lasciata a “vista” per l’accuratezza di alcuni particolari.
