The project consists in the expansion of the wine cellars and the construction of five different blocks with different functions. In this construction, mainly steel, reinforced concrete, glass and blockboard have been used. The floor plan and the shape of the entire complex are very peculiar, since a part of the construction is realized under the ground level, at a depth of circa 15,00 m and part of the construction is above the ground level, organized in different levels. The surface covered by the entire construction works is circa 20000 sq.m.

L’intervento consiste nell’ampliamento delle cantine con la costruzione di ben cinque lotti: pensilina pese, isola uffici, spina tecnologica, zona ventagli e zona lamellare. In questa costruzione sono stati impiegati: acciaio (parte maggiore), calcestruzzo armato, vetro, legno lamellare e vetro strutturale. La pianta e lo sviluppo formale dell’intero complesso sono piuttosto articolati. Parte dell’intervento è realizzato sotto il piano di campagna ad una profondità di circa 15,00 metri e parte si sviluppa fuori terra su più piani. Planimetricamente l’intervento copre una superficie di circa 20000 mq.
