The project consists in the realization of No.180 apartments and No.6 shops for Ater of Trieste in the area of the ex “Caserma Montebello” in the centre of the city of Trieste. It’s a big urban requalification project, that needs to be realized with new technologies, shake and materials but still respecting the surrounding environment. The parking has a capacity of 250 cars in the three underground floors, and the entire building is made of eight floors connected by stairs and elevators with apartments of different sizes from a minimum of 45.00 sq.m. circa to a maximum of 95.00 sq.m. circa. The project includes a big public central garden, covered and uncovered pedestrian tracks to connect De Gasperi Square, Via Cattinara and Via Cumano.

Il progetto prevede la costruzione di 180 alloggi e 6 negozi per conto dell’Ater di Trieste nell’area dell’ex caserma Montebello in centro a Trieste. Si tratta di un grande intervento di riqualificazione urbana da realizzare con tecnologie, forme e materiali moderni nel rispetto dell’ambiente circostante. Sono previsti circa 250 posti auto nei tre piani interrati dell’autorimessa e otto piani fuori terra serviti da scale ed ascensori con alloggi di varie metrature da un minimo di 45.00 mq circa ad un massimo di 95.00 mq circa. Planimetricamente l’intervento determina un grande giardino centrale, che sarà di pubblico utilizzo, nonché percorsi pedonali, coperti e scoperti, di collegamento tra piazza De Gasperi, via Cattinara e via Cumano.
